What about the Cereberus class vehicles? Any way to acquire one of those? Or was that veehicle class just a pre-order thing?

I read the Cereberus is PvP only.

I found a flat green Duni Shetarru but no White Dodge, Black Dodge will do i guess

What about the Nomad? I know that was a pre-order thing, but it looks like a Cerberus chassis? Or is it the same vehicle class as the Challenger?

Well at the moment we have the A-Tex Growler, the Hannibal, Duni and Dodge so there are four types but they come in alot of colors!
I didn't add the Nomad to this because it's not currently ingame
