Just before i was going to buy the DLC pack i saw this:

So it will not make the map bigger? just new missions?
There is an "8 page" client side patch coming out on or before the 15th, a second client side patch coming out 2 weeks after that, and then sometime after that there will the first DLC.

It doesnt say that there will be no more content. Of course there will be more content and we will most likely have a bigger map further on.

Consider the DLC as content patches. The devs have not stated if the map will or will not grow. only time will tell us that. As far as the DLC is concerned, theres two parts to it. The free content and features, and the paid fluff, like new races and such. Think world of warcraft... Mists of pandaria. Imagine if blizzard said the expansion is free, everyone can go to panderia and level to 90, but you have to pay to play a panda. Personally, I love Trions approach.

A map is a place where content can tale place, but missions are the actual content (or one example of content).
Who's to say the new missions won't be in a new area ?
I see a lot of land blacked out on the map atm, I'm sure they haven't shaped the blacked out areas of the map for nothing.
i think the map may expand as the tv show grows. So when they discover a new place in the show maybe they will let us go to it.

It says we will get much new stuffs but nothing about a bigger map.
I doubt that the increased map will cost anything. But some missions in new areas might.
