That's why they fix the problems we experience now by coding it correctly for the ps4/xbox1, improved graphics, release it with all current dlc and what's really trending are the competitive multi player games like Warframe, Battlefield, C.O.D., and so on , so release a brand new open world pvp dlc in a whole new setting to compliment the F2P.

It's free to play and if backwards compatible all your gear should be there.
If Trion just got Microsoft to get the game backwards compatible that would be just good enough for me.

So put another developer in charge of that, then? I can't possibly envision the current group of developers (which is probably a small group, at best) to tackle all of what you've outlined here.
