Hi, i recently begun to write on a paper after all majs i do, just to know after how much mjrs i'll loot a jp. I get one from PP Karma between 65 and 139 mjrs from events. hope this help.

By the way, thanks for the jp rewards ingame, but i'm lost in my calculs lol. I don't have a clue on which mjrs i loot it and where i have to start my number of mjrs .

I am on PS3 and have toons on NA and EU, EU is my main toons, all 6 of them with just one on NA just so I could have a look.


I live in Australia and after work I logged on to NA to collect daily rewards and then move to EU to play event. After logging on to NA I saw a box in claims. I didn't claim it and immediately thought it was some reward for something Trion had not got right. These things are account based normally, like the loyalty points award the last time. I then went on to EU to see what it was and logged on to forums to find why it has been awarded.


I have not played this even on NA just so my Karma didn't drop on NA. Now the reward is on NA which is exactly what I did not want!


Can this box be transferred to my EU account is what I want to know??

And last but not least, when this grant goes through, it will indeed give the jackpot directly into your inventory of the first character you login on, regardless of which character you were meant to get it on. We will post on the forums once the grant is complete, and I would recommend logging in on your highest EGO character. If by any chance you login on a low EGO character, our customer service department will be able to resolve that for you. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for them to resolve the issue, so I would recommend being sure to login on the character you prefer when we finish the grant tomorrow.

Not everyone got the jackpot crates in claims. Only the ones who should have got a jp drop on Monday when the jackpot drop system was broken get a jp box in claims.

Ticket Submitted but this is BS, why didn't they make it account based like last time? They had a broken product and now to get the reward on the right toon I have to jump through hoops.
