Trouble is there are those stuck on event less shards who can't get into one so the patron pass is a waste of money.
Well your best bet would be to find a very active clan. Some players have multiple accounts with PP and give away there spare JP to fellow clanmates. On average my non PP toons when I run them take about 8 hours a day 7 days a week hitting every event to get a jackpot. Sometimes it's less, sometimes it's more but that's about average. Running 4 toons 10 hours a day I would get one about every 5-7 days. So that's roughly 185 hours of continuous game-play running with a very active clan. Shard hopping, hitting every final that pops during the time your on... it's a grind that's for sure.
I don't know what server you're on or what the value of script is on the server you play on... but I started off by just running all the toons and sellng all the mods at the end of the event. You get 2k per blue mod and 7k per purple mod. 50 blue mods is 100k script... do that over and over and eventually you have a few million script that you can offer up for a jackpot. But of course that depends on the server you're on and whether script has any value which is a totally different discussion all together. I've given away a lot of spare jackpots and been gifted a few myself. Sometimes the best weapons aren't even the jackpots but a nicely rolled purple weapon that you build up from scratch. Other then that just read my sig... that's the secret of getting jackpots.

Well I've hit 200 + yesterday's Mjrs put me over and I'm pp holder and still 0 jp drops. To put it bluntly"karma's a b@#$h."
Do a trouble ticket... I've hit about the same number and I've gotten 3 so far. They can check back on your account and check the number of drops you've gotten. I have only ever received 1-2 JP's in 2 years. Oh well.
