Found OJ Reload Chip in an OJ Omni dropped rig...

Sounds like youve gotten more than 1 OJ rig??
Ive completed over 50 expeditions since the start of the harvest event and havent seen anything OJ - nada - nothing - bumpkis.
I even went as high as tier 30 and only saw T3 and T4 gear.
And you got an OJ rig with an OJ chip it mustve been a glitch, mark me as ultra jealous.




You have to view from the inventory screen not the rig screen - ya really - lol.

Exactly, thats an avg OJ every 30 rounds. Something with the expedition drops is bugged.

This is normal. I find oj chips in oj rigs all the time. Found one with 3 oj chips in fact last week.
I thought this was common knowledge....????

Well I had to check the date... and it was around mayof 2015 I used to run in a group with SirServed if any of you remember him... Anyway this was back when the expos started at round 1 every day and we used to run about 10 a night. He was experimenting with checking the OJ rigs during this time for OJ chips... and in about a month and a half we never found one so we just assumed that they weren't dropping with OJ chips in them because we had never discovered otherwise. It may seem obvious but I try to post this kind of information as it helps everyone out.

why you posted this on forums now devs will nerf it like they doo with all good things in this game

While I agree that there have been a few negative nerfs in the past 3 years... as of recently there have been a number of good ones. Some only apply to patron holders of course but some like the changes to expeditions specifically have been beneficial to all players. As I stated the expos used to reset every day... they changed that to every week so this is a nice buff although not a recent one. Also there was the recent addition of supreme chips which not only gave us the chance at supreme chips but also increased the likelihood of receiving an OJ chip. You still have to put in the work but on the whole it's much better then it was. So things are getting better in defiance... but it's all a matter of how you look at the game and the things that are being done with it... I'm sure a number of people see only bugs and nerfs and no matter how much good the devs do they will always think that way. But as it's become apparent on the forums in general that is simply the nature of the beast.

I'm glad I posted this. Not only because it informed other players... but with all the confirmation from other players it shows that it was not glitch or one-off occurrence. I shudder to think of all the possible OJ chips I must have inadvertently destroyed in the recent past... Knowledge is power!

I think I've done 1 expo run on the xbx na and about 25 on the eu, where I think I may have a oj rig, not so sure about that though but on ps3 I bought a rig crate and got the oj rig with the oj chip.

I don't run expo much at all really so knowledge of them is minimal.
