I'm not sure about the shield.. Haven't seen stats for that or the weapon. I guess the shield is a jackpot shield so maybe stats are boosted?

Don't think so. If it was somehow special i think they would've mentioned that.
As we've discussed there's been so little info on this who knows.
There has to be something special about the shield. Why include a normal rad resistant ironclad fortifier iv ex as part of the bundle.
Bundle, imo, is blah...no new vehicle, no explosive weapon of any type & a tacc ar, like we needed another mid to long range bullet shooting weapon in this synergy.
