Compared to Guild Wars2 I'm farther along and have no intention of quitting. I don't know what it is about Guild Wars2 but I just can't really get into it for more than a hr before I start to get bored. Farming mats sucks.

When God made me he broke the mold, no wonder my life sucks...
XBox Gamertag: NAPALM SUNRlSE (that "i" is actually a lowercase L, some *** has the actual name already and not even on XBOX, probably as a MSN LIVE id)
Character: Kayden Stryke; Human Female Outlaw; EGO: 387; Most Common Role: DPS and Mob Aggro Bait
Clan: Chaos Undivided (Leader: Ka0sP3nguin)
Everyone knows that there are bugs at every startup. But this is the very first time I've actually experienced a company NOT being able to reimburse lost items with an exact copy.
My God..ppl who call it "whine" when you complain about something that isn't working properly should be shot on sight - in game.

Why would I quit now? This is basically the prologue leading up to the first episode.
It's a little content to build up hype without giving away spoilers.
If the game remains at the level it is now it will fail to hold my interest, but I am certainly not going to judge that before the first episode has even aired. Since the first season has already been written I would assume that much of the upcoming content for the first season of the game is written and waiting to be enabled / added.
Either way, it's not as if a sub is required. If you lose interest now then fair enough, but personally I would advise checking back after an episode or two to see if it has progressed.
Am I close to quitting?
No.
SOCOM l, SOCOM ll, SOCOM lll, SOCOM CA, SOCOM Confrontation = Awesome
SOCOM 4 = Oh dear
Waiting for a new classic SOCOM...
I never understood "I'm going to quit this B2P game!" argument.
If you get bored, come back later when there have been Episodes from the TV show and a DLC. Then, when you get "bored" again, leave until some more content arrives.
There's no sub, DLCs are optional (and you can buy the ones you want and ignore the ones you don't). Even when I get bored (not likely soon, either) I will still be coming back after every major update.
I do the same with The Secret World. Play each update until I'm out of content again and then come back for the next update.
It's a very good system and fair to both the developers and players IMO.
Yup TSW is B2P now (but you can still subscribe and get some boosts and points monthly to buy stuff).
They sell the Issues as DLC and then do updates along with it. The last Issue was pretty sweet (Cairo and Indiana Jones theme) but I didn't get much time to play with Defiance![]()
