Upgrade system only works for some.
Since last year I've been trying to put my guns and none is in Tier 6.
All my friends can with 5%, 10%, 55%.
Just me that does not work, what the **** is this.
Any weapon I try does not work.
And I even recorded and I want my arkforge back.

They will not and should not refund you anything. Gamble at your own risk. If you want to supreme something, use 100%.
PS- that's what you get for using a spanner protector.

It's a gamble, they are not forcing you to buy anything or play the game. Yeah it sucks spending cash on it and not get anything out of it, but that's what it is, a gamble.
I really don't foresee Trion refunding you any arkforge and demanding things isn't going to help your cause.

pretty sure that part of the working as intended part of a 50% chance is that it may fail. if you want to upgrade your weapon with 0% chance of failure try 100%
Like Bentu said, give it to your friend to upgrade; many others have spent more AF, cried less and demanded nothing, how are you special?

Just deal with it everyone spends AF to supreme weapons and it don't work, just the way of the game...
Iv'e spent thousands in AF trying to supreme weapons and it does not work, like everyone else said do it at 100% that way you can't fail...
