What was the issue with Explosions 101 achievements Me and 3 others got that today

Patch Notes:
- Adjusted enemy health scaling. Different enemies have different limits with an overall reduction across the board
- Fix for Inspect not working
- Fix Explosions 101 Achievements
- Added ammo to the bronze level of contribution on arkfall enemies
- Fixed handling of duplicate account logins
- Fixed bugs in the login queue.

Thank god the servers went down. i bought a Tier 2 box.... and i didn't want it. when i logged in for like a split sec it showed me that i still had my Keycodes. WOOT!

Seems like every server to me.
But while we're fixing things can we please see something done about the pursuits in Marin that I can't complete due to the data recorder and hotshot?
