I haven't had a single log-in issue, even in the beta. Suddenly today @ 3pm est, I got timed out. Since then, every attempt at logging in, aka pressing start at the start up screen, I get a message saying, "Critical: Your connection to the DEFIANCE servers has timed out." Why has this happened all of a sudden? How do I fix it?

Same. I've tried numerous times and nothing has changed.
Unfortunately you cannot "fix it." THEY need to fix it and they need to fix it asap. This has been happening a lot to a lot of people last few days and its pretty random. Anytime you go onto a loading screen it seems you have a chance to be disconnected and not let back on. I am having the same problem at the moment.
Was told by support to portforward me hub didn't work so put my ps3 in dmz didn't work so now officially pee'd off this is every night now since launch if I don't log on before 9 - 9:30pm GMT then I can't get on at all till the next day
I didnt have an issue at all only a que line. I got home from work at about 6:30am Central and played just fine. Got up 6:30pm Central and yeah.."Connecting to servers: Connected" ... "My connection Timed out". Welp looks like 1 of the billion wont play tonight lol
Just got kicked off mid-mission on the 360 and it's saying the same thing, but I can't find anything about the servers being down for an update or anything. Anyone know anything?
