I was hoping the fireworks would be on par with those at the Headlands Transit Depot .
Maybe the guy who usually worked on the weapon VFX was off sick that day?
Maybe the guy who worked on the firework launcher hated fireworks?
Or maybe the development team thought it was a funny joke weapon (I mean look at the stats! Very slow reload rate, 1 rocket mag size [even though the weapon looks capable of 2])? Since we have all the OTT visuals from mass cannons, swarm cannons, clusterdrops, crimefighters etc…maybe they thought it was funny?
I might get a T5 fast action reloader mag on it one day…
PS: I wanted to film it at night, but I don’t know of a quick and easy way of changing the in-game time of day. Any ideas on how to do that for future videos?

The Chimera Horns vfx would have been much more fitting for a fireworks display. I was quite disappointed myself when I got my fireworks launcher a year or so ago that I instantly vended it as it was a waste of inventory space. A cruel joke by the devs? Were they trying to tell us something in a subliminal nature? Were they wanting us to look at it in a relative manner as to the excitement we should feel while playing this game? Haha ;-)
*when I think about it though the devs more than likely didn't want to cause grief amongst the players from the trolls that would be spamming the launchers if they had greater visual effects just to be punks...but then again they could do that with any of the explosive weapons..so, it is what it is. #underwhelmed
