Yep, and that is why I hate them. When they "revamped" the NVF event for the first armistice they they narrowed the weapon pool down to 6 guns and the Rocker was one of them. I pulled at least 6 OJ Rockers and gave them all away because they give me motion sickness.

Thanks South, this is definitely where it began. For some reason though I thought that they just decided to leave it out completely though because it really doesn't serve any purpose. I know I haven't seen one since they were removed and I think that when Destro "normalized" the loot pool with this patch it was put back in.

Yes it is. I'm pretty sure that the name is derived from the fact that the recoil pulls it straight up when you pull the trigger so it is constantly bouncing up and down when you use it.
