Settings Not Saving

On a completely unrelated note (hopefully) to the server issues happening lately, I've been having a problem with my settings saving the way I have them. I have some of my controls rebound so that playing the game is easier for myself, and every time I get disconnected, or log out, or quit the game, or even force the game to close my settings revert back to default. Another setting issue I'm having problems with is the VOIP always turning back on whenever I do the same things listed above. Is this just a general bug with the game or am I the only person that is having this issue?

tl;dr: Change settings, close game, come back to game, settings are default again.

It's a general bug. Happens to me literally every time too. It's strange though because I have a lot of keys rebound and it only affects my crouch and map buttons.

It would be nice for them to fix this in the patch they're working on right now, but something tells me a lot of the bugs in the game won't be rolled around till the next content patch (which imo is utter nonsense).
