Arkfall Codes ? Please help :)

Hi all,
I've linked my Xbox account with my defiance account but when I click on "my ego" player hub, there's no information about my character (although it DOES show that my Xbox 360 is linked)

I've entered about 40+ arkfall codes yet my in game character hasn't recieved ANY of the promised bonuses. (inventory slots being the most attractive)

Just wondering if anybody else has this problem, and if so, what can I do to solve it? Thanks for the help

make sure you send a bug report to customer service, from what I've seen they respond pretty quickly and get things fixed for players. Trion's always been good about it

I had same prob u have to go to the in game store and there a section where you can claim ur items

on the online site if it doesn't show any progress as in codes entered...you have to double click on the "my ego" link again. Or reload the page it should come up with your current code progress. Then claim items in game.

Yeah I linked my XBox and it says I'm linked but in the My Ego section it still says I have yet to create a character. Figured I'd try entering some Codes anyway and see if I can claim them in game but when I hover my mouse over the "Enter Code" bar it's a circle with a line through it like a "no crossing" sign and I can't click it. I don't get it. Guess I'll try support.

If I enter all the arkfall codes do any new characters I start get the bonuses too? Or is it just the one character that gets the stuff?

you have to go to the in game store then look down all the way at the bottom of left hand side and it says comps or comandation s at the bottom left click on it its right above redeem code and then it pops up what you recieved okay
