1) Asheron's Call (I know, I know...but the push to help those under you was awesome...and I worked for MS on the site , shameless plug
2) Mechwarrior (the original PC version) it was so awesome, first game I ever bought with my own money (came on floppies)
3) Pac man (yep...it was that good)

There are soooo many games that I really enjoyed its hard to say but a few I that I spent a lot of time on were: Section 8 and Section 8: Prejudice, the Mass Effect series, Too Human, and Battlefield Bad Company 2.
