fluffy my sisters rabbit is missing

thank you for the great (live) pet that you supplied i hadn't relised it was a real hellbug in package. i was unsure where to put it you had failed to supply care instructions so i placed it in the rabbit run with fluffy my 6yo sisters rabbit..... fluffy is now missing as is our dog and one of the fish but other than a few mounds of soil george (the hellbug) is still here. is there anyone else out there with a sense of humour that can help me.

also can you tell me if the males mature at the same rate as the females in game (red/blue back denotes gender) as if so i will need a new hutch soon.

finally is it possible that the server down time and glitches are effecting me some how.

I'm sorry to break the news but all your pets are... currently having phasing issues and will be fixed in the patch on April 15th Also if George has a red back I believe he's a male, lucky you having a Hellbug. I remember my Hellbug, his name was Costello... one day I took him for a walk and a crazy guy in a red Dodge Challenger flew over a hill and ran him over right in front of me :'( I was going to bury him but he exploded and a bunch of numbers popped out D':
