I just happened to me. my runner got reset to lvl 1. so if this is happening to vehicles there is a chance it can happen to weapons. I am waiting on a C.S.R. on the live chat.

Yea I just posted about this issue, I stopped at lvl 19 rollers, now lvl 15 runners. Won't go past 19 until a fix. Hopefully they have the progress saved in their database to rollback the levels lost for the people that it happened to.
Have had this happen to my Runners as well, get to 21 I think it was, then 0_STRING MISSING +0 & continuous rank-ups till level 39, then set back to level 1, probably the worst thing in Defiance other than the server crashes.
even if they make us level them up again. my skill is stuck at lvl39 and didn't reset to lvl 1 and will not go up at all....so they better do somethin
