With the release of the next gen consoles coming up I was wondering which one people were planning on getting. I have a PS3 and Xbox 360, but I have been playing my 360 for the last 2 or 3 three years and haven't even looked at my PS3. I have seen the announcement of the PS4 and to be honest it looks pretty cool even though im not a big fan of playstation. I know the new Xbox hasn't been announced yet, but what are you guys planning on getting for a next gen console?
Xbox 720, because PS4 will wind up becoming dull in like a year.

but i'll get the new xbox eventually however i mainly game on Playstation consoles

It will be then next Xbox, as after watching Sony's 2hr controller show, with 99% tec demo's I don't feel sold. Plus all that we are for gamers crap. If they were just for gamers, why facebook, netfilx etc. Sony are just copying the current version of Xbox Live. I felt very let down. Plus Xbox Live hasn't just droped, been hacked, Or crash out for no reason. Sorry Sony, Microsoft has won me over.

Interesting. I just put Xbox Live outages into Google and got page after page of reports, a lot of them recent. But I don't have an Xbox 360 and Google may just be a Sony fanboy.

The PS4 showing didn't grab me, so I hope the new xbox will. Unless PS4 gets Kingdom Heats III then yeah. I'll buy it in a heart beat.

I'm waiting for the next Xbox, Was not impressed with the PS4 and i prefer xbox exclusives and the xbox control pad and xbox live etc, I really cant wait for the next Fable / Halo / GOW etc and the new crop of games.
The only playstation exclusive i wish wasn't exclusive is God Of War.
xbox 720. I hate the psn and being constantly disconnected. Also I dont play any of the exclusives on the ps3 so Why get it?
Xbox 720, but ill still get both because i know that PS4 will have some cool exclusives. But I know overall Xbox 720 will have more online players.
