Ill give it a 7 at the moment but after the bugs are fixed. Then the chat channels are working properly, and people start using them . This game could be an easy 9. I am yet to play a 10 rated game .

There is no user manual
The chat system is terrible
The map system is terrible
The UI is terrible

I don't mind all the updates, but I do mind when a company takes money for something that was obviously not ready to be released.

And yes, I've played plenty of MMO's and many from opening day and beta so I know there are problems that were not expected but seriously - release a program with no manual? That's just plain sloppy.

Yes. Yes we did. However, in their defense, a lot of issues brought up during the beta were fixed. A few are still around but at least they do fix some things. Part of the reason I gave a 7. I can understand why others are annoyed and giving low ratings but in my opinion, less than a 4 or 5 is slightly too harsh and higher than 8 is just hoping for better things.

Look guys/gals - the lack of a manual is just one issue of many.

It is a base item that all software programs are released with even a pdf would have sufficed. When was the last time you guys/gals purchased anything with out one?

Do I need it for most of the game? No, but I would like it for a reference for hot keys, etc.

The Intel portion of the settings is terrible.

I don't base my opinion on just the manual alone - what about the chat system, the map system, UI? Are you all saying that these items are well designed and implemented?

I'm not trying to flame here, but seriously - I like the game, it has potential but IMO it was released too early. I know alot of you beta people told them about these things.

yeh man, u defo have a few points in there, I think generally most people found the game straight forward so didn't understand ur need for a manual, I think the tutorial explained everything u need to know and a bit of common sense should be enough for the rest, the game probably was not ready, no mmo ever is, not many games at all are ready for release, in my opinion, ignore what annoys u and remember most problems will be sorted soon.

Everything else I think can be a valid point and understand your perspective. I have no other issue with you at all. If I seemed overly harsh on my previous post and I apologize and have no hard feelings.

Thanks for the responses,fellas! Definitely helps put perspective on the game as a whole since I've yet to see a review posted on the game so far.
