Yea the irony of this forum and many others has always been, loose lips sink ships. Its always the same thing some self-appointed expert starts running his or her mouth off and the next thing you know the nerf hammer comes down and players in game are wondering what the heck happened to their stuff.

They claim not to read the threads but the ones that mention drop rates etc they subscribe to you can bet your bottom dollar on that.
We once had a thread about the drops from t3 and t4 boxes, next thing you know drops from them are nerfed and half the guys playing now have never seen a oj nade.
To be honest we can't blame the community for this as we want to talk and share, the problem lies with the devs and trion who over manage how they want the game played instead of reading all the threads about bugs and issues.
It's getting to the point where I'm going to get banned from the forums and maybe the game due to the disgusting way we are treated and I'm going to throw a few expletives around and say a few home truths that they won't want to hear.
After 4 years of playing I'm fairly certain they're not going to nerf what I'm talking about. I have a feeling that the card will stay at 9.9 but in reality it's past that. Like it can only show 9.9 but it is higher it's just not fully showing it cause of some number cap.
I am sorry please do not take what I said out of context and misconstrue it. I wasn't pointing fingers or calling names and was just generally speaking about a common occurrence at gaming forums such as this one.
I mean no malice or discontent, the problem with being honest and open while trying to make a point, Is that it can sometimes be taken a different way other than it was intended.
I am sure you know that in many other games there are addons that can be used to show the true numbers and stats of weapons, shields and whatnot. Unfortunately trion isn't transparent enough to allow that in Defiance.
