So I was reading up on the Votan terraforming and other information. A lot of it seems to revolve around nanites to perform some vital function of the process. So that got me thinking could we see nanites as a "poison" DoT. Infectors seem to have the same function but something about an enemy being surrounded by a cloud of machines that is consistently damages them tickles my fancy quite a bit.
Or will nanites be featured in other ways, perhaps some semblance in the Scrappers?

I absolutely love DoTs. Fire and poison wepons are my friends. The thought of little machines damaging targets over time is mind blowing and something that I would like to see.
We do know that there is a nanite virus that pops up at some point, but whether or not we get nanite weapons is unknown.
