Roller skill reset

I had this problem happen not too long ago when I was running things over around a wave arkfall. I just got my roller to 20 and just bought the orange challenger or whatever. My problem was that I hit lv 39, but now it's at lv 0 so...wtf

I finally got someone to talk to me in live chat about the several issues I have had tickets on in , basically these are issues they cant fix easily as the CSR put it in chat and the issues we basically have to wait, which means the skill bug most likely will not be resolved and they will make everyone wait, they know if they make us wait long enough well end up getting most of the levels back, I am very pissed because the levels and bonuses I had made the vehicles so much better, to include time trials I cant complete now because of my bonuses being gone. Also several of their time trials I have noticed for some reason add on 3-4 seconds for no apparent reason after you complete the trials. Finish at 35 and it clocks me at 38-39 seconds, always for some reason adds 3 to 4 seconds on top of my real finishing time, kinda a rip off IMO.
