    Fix " The Defiance service is not available "

    Just go to Services -> enable " Server " service -> restart the game

    I was able to finally log in by setting my Comcast firewall to custom and not low. It seems the difference is ident 113. If my modem blocks that, I can't log into servers. Hope this helps others.
