I can deal with server disconnects and downtime as frustrating as they are, it is still a new game so I'll deal. But losing the stuff I've spent hours grinding for and mindlessly driving between vendors to HOPE that they'll have something even remotely useful on Special, is completely unacceptable and just downright stupid.

I completely agree with you. Spending all the time and effort building a great weapon, pouring tons of materials and high end mods into it, only to see it vanish because of a stupid logging error is ridiculous, and frankly, something that SHOULD have been fixed in the Beta.

It makes it all the more worse because I enjoy the game so much, and it makes me feel as if searching and grinding for great weapons is pointless since there is such a high chance that whatever awesome gear I DO get my hands on gets snatched from me suddenly without warning.

Ok i sent request tickets and no reply i just lost again a fantastic weapon im getting to the point now of regretting getting this game, i love the game play but to spend so much time, equipment breakdowns just to fully mods awesome weapons and to lose them i needed those guns they dealt extreme damage and now again im back to square one dont ruin the game from lack of database equipment, once you get a rep for this it may come back to bit you in the azz and not responding to tickets isnt any good either, i posted a ticket on day of game release and still havent gotten no reply (((((( game play is a 10 but losing weapons and not getting good ticket response makes this game a 5 outta 10

I just managed to get two brutal synergy mods onto my new assault rifle. If it isn't there when I get back. If it isn't there.. I will cry. The end.

They've addressed this issue, like most others that are being reported, in their community address that they have been putting out on a daily basis.. I guess it's easier to complain than to research.

First time it happened to me I was pissed off rather badly so I spent a entire day grinding to replace the weapons that disapeared for it to happen again to the weapon I'd found for a replacement so I feel your pain Calysto

yea my weapon disappeared too but it was after I froze and at the time I was adding a mod slot to my weapon

Yea I lost that same assault rifle from the episode mission and I finally found a replacement for it today after losing my assault rifle Friday to start unlocking the mod slots get the 3rd one done to have it just vanished after I went and switch weapons in the middle of a fight to have it basically just vanish into thin air like my first assault rifle did.
I sent in a ticket like they been telling everyone but the first ticket has yet to be answered and that was on Friday morning and I managed to into into there live chat only to get told they don't have the proper tools to restore the weapons because they are unique. I am at the point now where I have lost all interest in even attempting to log in cause I just don't want to go through the hassle of spending time and resources trying to replace my main weapon for the 3rd time just to have it vanish again.

I just fond this post. . .I lost my sawoff shotgun that shot 2 ball`s that was sticky and i had it for days and its not new and its gone

I bought one too and its gone now. Im pissed but i'll move on. Was it a purple sniper rifle with an acid mod?
