Hey guys! Just found a merchant that only appears when you kill the enemies in the area and has 3 SPECIALS! It is near Crystal Pond. Great thing is.. It sells an Orange Dodge Challenger! 3 of my friends have bought it but the third friends Challengers stats were different having 31 speed, rather than the 33 that my other two friends had.

Other are three secret vendors. As far as I know the challengers are all the same speed. Even my buddy with the white one verse the metallic vs black vs red vs orange, all the same. Looks cool though
There are as far as I can tell 2 other spots in Madera. 1 that's guarded by a yellow-skinned shielded miner something Caretaker and I think some other spot that started with a females name.

Its not actually faster, its the exact same. theres a display bug in shop.
They have the same speed, but some have a higher ramming damage. At least that's what I can tell by looking at one of my non-pre-ordered vehicles.
in shop it shows the cars at maximum runner level with all the bonuses for some reason.
It has only more damage the rest is the same.
