Rock as hell start (like most new mmo's) but the dev's have gone above and beyond what you normally see with new games and especially with the extra headaches of being multi platform.

Wow Trion even sent an email about boosts and everything! Not even Gearbox gave me so much as a "We apologize" or anything about Aliens Colonial Marines. Now I really feel like I spent my money well ^_^

Definitely appreciated, both for the game itself and the high level of communication about what fixes are in the works, not to mention the gifts.

I have to admit I was a bit worried at first, when I ran into so many bugs in such a short amount of time. But you guys thoroughly put my concerns to rest; The amount of bug fixes and game improvements in such a short amount of time reinforces my decision to continue putting money in your capable hands. I look forward to seeing the additional progress you all make over the coming months.

Obviously doesn't listen to the Sunday Talk shows. We are fans of the game, but we understand the process of launch and the unique difficulties with this particular launch with a TV show on it's heels.

If saying thank you to someone for their efforts and hard work is a bad thing then I feel sorry for you. Gratitude is the foundation of success.

Trying to fit a complete unknown (game development time is near impossible to predict, it's done when it's done) to a date set in stone (the show premier) is incredibly challenging and I have no outstanding issues with the way they've handled the launch and the myriad of problems that result from going from beta servers to live ones (little known fact, the entire code and server structure can vary wildly, hence the unexpected usually happens when beta ends).

Good job Trion and thank you for providing entertainment to the world. The flying spaghetti moster knows we need more of it.
