no they dont, mmo's release expanisons packs not mini dlc's, i would gladly pay for a true expansion pack, but i am not paying for dlc's which are most of the time nothing more than a cash grab.

most SOE games DLC that gets called expacks for the past decade are comparable in size and price(when new) to the average playable content DLC of today's non mmo games.

you do realise those expansions are realistically speaking, DLC's just some come on disc. like in the days before console and PC marketplaces. look at halo 2 that had DLC that came on disc, you could buy it for $10-20 on disc.
