Question about bits lock boxes.

Not too far into the game though I have started over from some progression. Had some msp so spent 800 points. 240 on outfit, 120 on +5 storage, 40 on +exp and 400 on a lock box tier 4.


Now the thing is I bought lock box from the bits shop yet I don't have any new gear and my bits were taken. Exactly how am I suppose to get my gear? I already tried checking out a lock box shop but all it does is ask for more.


SO yeah... how do I get my gear I paid $5 for?

Open up your menu, hold Left Trigger, go to the Defiance Store, scroll down to the Claim button. Your items will be there.

Lock boxes were bugging out for me and my friend tonight. We would purchase them, but then we'd get no notification (that splashy thing they do) of what we'd received. We opened our inventory and they were in there.

Sort your inventory list by level and the newest items should be at the bottom. If they don't show up, I'd put in a ticket.

Just logged in again after watching a movie but in the defiance store there's nothing in the claim section. I know 400 microsoft points isn't much I even spent it to just get a little head start on a random gear thing you can get through normal means but I'd at least expect to get the item.

Is there something I'm missing or have I been screwed over?
