So in beta in the coin shop there was a Gabillion+2 different outfits there. But now theres like 5 in total and I have yet to get an outfit from a vendor special or from lock boxes. Its just everyone looks the same and it is just boring and meh, and i dunno about you guys but I like looking cool and awesome, so what gives wheres all the outfits gone?
Pursuits award outfits, as do some missions.
They didn't put everything in the store all it once so they can roll things out evenly, plus they may change some of the previous items.

oh ok... weird. I wonder where that stuff went. They even had those Pickups in there.
I believe the special sales at all the vendors scale to your EGO rating. At later ratings, the dodge challenger will show up in different colors, but I have no idea about any outfits, I think they are only mission and pursuit awards

Yeah, currently at 958 Ego (or close to that) and they haven't changed.
There are a lot of outfits that are just recolorings of the same model.
if you check the 2 links in my sig, there's a bunch of outfits shown with screens.
Sadly there arn't actually that many outfits in the game overall. You would think there would be as they divided it up into an outfit and headgear of the typical body part separation. There are just alot of retextures/recolours. I went through the effort and unlocked all the co-op pursuit outfits and there are what 7 of those of which there are only 4 new oufits, rest retextures.
There are alot of free outfits but yeah the cooler ones cost money, but that is the business model we have to deal with.
