That is entirely situational. And I hardly believe that a hulker can 1hit a hellion. Hellions have more heath than the player has shields and health combined and they dont kill us in one shot.

There's a side-mission called Aegis Defence (or something like that) that involves taking down a Hulker. There's also a bunch of Hell Bugs and mutants around that he consistently one-shots.
There's another thread citing a Hulker one-shotting a Helion, as well.
i think if you lured one over in a big 50+ player Arkfall they'd all stop to kill it before it 1-hit the Hellion.
Also, did it finish top of the loot table :P :P

I have had a hulker 1 shot a crystal and those have more health than a helion.
