Last unlocked perk slot always empty when I log back on

Whenever I log back on the last perk slot I've unlocked is always empty for some reason even though I had one equipped before I logged off. It only seems to happen on the first load out but I'm not sure if that's got anything to do with me using that load out when I log off as I have not looked into that. Is anyone else experiencing this bug?

Yes this happens with all my loadouts. Sometimes it will be just one other times it will be all three. I have to make sure I check it every time I log in now.

Happens to me randomly, I'll notice when changing guns to accumulate more gun skill or some other random act that causes me to check my loadouts constantly, OH YEAH, like every 2 minutes when it says my inventory is full, wish I could bank some mods!
