Your not the only one who has had to smash their head on the wall of incompetence that is Amazons customer service about this. Myll_Erik responded yesterday and is looking into it. Hopefully we will get some progress soon.

they did say consoles will be getting a beta. only thing is they said they would let us know weeks ago. makes me wonder whats happening behind the scenes?

No kidding.. *bites nails* I am at the point that I don't really care about the beta I just hope they have a working game for the consoles by the release date. lol.
