Perk: Prepardness does not seem to work

The perk does not seem to do anything.
Perk description: "Your stowed weapon automatically reloads over time."
Perk level (3): "9% of clip reloaded every second"

Loadout: 2 identical level 500 Frontier SAW LMGs. Fully loaded. Equipped with identical mods: Bloom/Recoil, Crit Mult, Mag.
EGO power and perks in order equipped: Overcharge, Bloodlust, Thick Skinned, Quick Charge, Killing Machine, Prepardness.
    Ammo fully restocked via crate.

I shoot weapon 1 until only 10 are left in the clip and swap to weapon 2. After about 10 seconds, I swap back to weapon 1. But there are still only 10 in the clip of weapon 1. No automatic reload seems to happen. What am I doing wrong?

    Works perfectly for me.

Be sure that it stays equipped. I have a hell of a time with Perks being unequipped all the time in the latest slots. Like my new Perk slots at 500 and then later at 1000 just never seem to want to stay in there no matter what I do.

PS: The Dual SAWs is awesome. I love doing it.

Most of the stuff in this game is broken, this is probably just another thing to add to that list. Have you tried it with a different secondary weapon? Maybe it just doesn't like two LMGs.

Might be stupid question but... did you equip the perk at all for that specific loadout.

Equipepd perks are different for each loadout.

That perk works fine for me, I know lots of my clanmates have been messing around with builds that use it.

Offhand, my guess is because you are using two identical weapons in your example. They both use the same ammo pool, so when it goes to replenish the ammo for the stowed weapon, it sees that that ammo is currently in use by the active weapon, and thus, it is no longer 'stowed' ammo and thus no longer eligible for replenishing. I'd try testing it with two completely different weapons that use different ammo.

I had an issue with my first loadout ignoring the last perk, the icon showed it was there, but the EGO Grid showed it wasn't equipped, and I couldn't do anything with it.

Changing it in another loadoat then going back to my first and changing it worked, but re-logging in would reset it.

I basically unequipped all perks from all loadoats, closed out the loadout screen, and re-added each perk to each loadout one at a time, making sure to close the menus out entirely after one loadout was completely loaded with perks.

I think it's been working ever since.

I just did the same and got it to work that way. According to the UI, everything was setup correctly before as well, but somehow would not take effect. Switching between loadouts without leaving the menu and changing equipped gear, seems to glitch at other times as well, so I guess this belongs to those bugs.

Now I just need to find a way to carry more ammo crates, to keep feeding those hungry guns.
