    Sadly dissapointed , seeking refund.

    I am re-posting this here along with the message I sent to Trion for public record. The Live chat will not work for me, and the last message I sent for support took days for an answer..


    I am sorry but I have never been so insulted at a game release in my life. I waited some time to play this, and after missing the beta by days I decided to give the game a go anyway. I spent 120$ on digital deluxe and some cash for the in game shop. . I have been unable to enjoy one single hour of gaming . It is for this sad reason I must demand a refund. I can not support the release of a product like this.

    If the refund process is smooth, and the game see improvements I will likely return later..but as is I would not play this if it were free to play.

    At the top of my list would be that I am not going to pay to beta test. Backing that up would be the insane amount of bugs (no pun intended), many of which make leveling at a decent pace difficult . Of course I have to take the latter on faith, as I have been unable to stay in game long enough without crashing or freezing to find out. After spending way to long trying to get a live chat to work, I decided this was not the game for me at the moment.

    I have used live chat twice without issue. I have only found 1 bugged quest, leveling is fairly easy. As far as game crashes and freezes i could not comment on without system specs, if your using an older machine then you are not focused on as much as the newer machines. I played Rift at the start and it had some bugs but Trion Worlds is good at getting fixes out quickly. They mainly need people to report the bugs and most players will just get pissed off and skip the quest or stop playing.

    Well, I'm on an I5 system with a 2gb GPU and 8gb of RAM so it is not that..I am playing several other brand new games and they work fine.

    Again tho, I'm not going to pay to be a beta tester.

    sounds like a bunch of QQ. your mom must of found out you spent that much and yelled at you for it.

    Nope, I'm an adult..I will not tell you what is in my bank account right now, but I will say its over 10 grand..So it is not the money..

    oh snap lookout we got a badass over here ^ you obviously are running the game off a dinosaur since your the only person complaining for a refund.

    and by the way your posting this in the wrong section of the forums, but then again they don't have a " Whiny Troll Refund area" to as which you can complain.
