    Don't cry about the game and it's bugs. There is a report bug section. Sure the companies in game testers and Beta testers could've found them but like every online game, it won't be flawless at launch, give it a few weeks to iron out the issues, things take time. The worse in game tech help I've ever received is from SW:ToR. I have only a few in game issues with Defiance, but they aren't major and will probably be fixed in the near future.

    The only person complaining about a refund? Really?? There are 100's of people that are upset with the game to the point they are asking for a refund not just on pc but on ps3 and xbox as well. Xbox has seen nothing but constant bugs and was nearly down for 24 hours. Ps3 players such as myself have to deal with a region block when pc does not (that ticked a lot of people off). O and the voice coms work when they want to if your game freezes on the ps3 even holding the power doesn't always work sometimes you have to actually unplug your system and then wait 10 min for your system to scan stability and for corrupted files.

    So you sir are full of SHTAKO if you do not realize how upset many players are you need to get your head out of your rear and realize the world does not revolve around you kido. You don't like ppl complaining on what is making people want refunds for the game? might i suggest your get the f*** out of the forums because people complain about issues here they "QQ" as people say and guess what it motivates the game devs to fix the bugs that are making people quit the game.


    I personally love the game BUT the region block, voice comms errors, arkfall bugs, loading/lag/freezing issues are frustrating to deal with and at times i have wanted to use the disc as a frisbee for my dog as well IF you don't get frustrated for these sorts of issues you sir are not human.

    unless the laws are different in different states or the laws have changed over the last few years. almost as far back as I can remember and that includes days when you bought games on 15 5.25 inch floppies. You owned it and could not get your money back, if the product was actually bad you might be able to exchange it for a fresh copy that works. I just dont remember a time you could say I dont like this game and get your money back. its use to be to easy to take the game home copy it and then try to return it for refund. There are many many times I bought a game that was just a waste of money, unplayable for bugs, glitches, and just real shallow. even some online games that came out like that not to mention any names but im sure some of you know some of the big titles im talkng about. Its just intresting to see someone going after a game and trying to get thier money back. Maybe some people get it, I never have.

    Anyone seeking a refund is an idiot....They don't have to refund anything, if you were expecting a flawless game and didn't get it then say "I want a refund." anyone with half a brain will just laugh at you....I know I'm laughing.

    Sometimes people are entitled to a refund, but that's generally before the services have been rendered. In the case of software, the services are rendered upon activating the key. It is the responsibility of the buyer to do the research on their product prior to use. The idea that "I can just return something I don't like" has been causing serious harm to the retail industry, and the economy in general, as well as the environment, for decades.

    FYI, Chrome doesn't work for live chat. I had to open IE to use it. I have had various issues with Trion's website when using Chrome, going back to Rift beta - and they haven't fixed any of it. Might give that a shot.

    Well see this is why no one play's ps3 :\ i've been logged in for hours on end without any problems with lags, or pretty much anything that would hinder my gameplay except for a few graphical problems like my floor disappearing on a story quest but i was smart enough to use my mini map to get around for that one. i've use voice chat and i've never come across a problem. i only really get disconnected at patching time. so i've had minor problems not enough to make me revert back to being a 2 year old and demanding a refund because unlike every idiot asking for a refund i know that the devs are working hard to fix it. and well with your case maybe a change of system is in order since your on a ps3, and the region block thats already been discussed, that if they remove it some people will end up making new characters, and im sure until they can get their servers stable with whatever lag does come up they wont remove the block. since your funneling in thousand's upon thousand's of more people.

    And to answer the whole ToA at gamestop, your allowed to return the game 7 days after purchase if the game is unopened. and if the games opened your only allowed to trade it for the exact same thing.
