    Boy bailing on a game because live chat isn't working....now i've heard it all. Been playing games my whole life Commander Keen baby hell ya. Trion your doing great this game is very addicting fun and exciting and for once an mmo based on SKILL. Try soloing a Major Arkfall crystal....hard as ****t!!

    Maybe if people start just playing instead of bashing bugs on a new MMO game they'd enjoy it. But then again probably not, no ones ever satisfied.

    3 days and no reply at all from Trion to my complaints. ..Referring this to the better business bureau and my lawyer..The money is not much, but the point is huge.

    LOL you'll pay the lawyer more for the phone call than the game is worth, and he'll tell you that you agreed to the terms of the EULA anyway.

    BBB isn't a government organization or anything, they have no authority of any kind. They're a for-profit company who very rarely, if ever, actually do anything more than send a company a letter saying "you want a refund" and then forward the response from the company. the response is usually something the effect of "While we are aware of certain users experiencing issues with the product, were are making a resolution our top priority. The customer is not entitled to a refund at this point, as they understood no refunds would be issued when they installed the software. We encourage the customer to wait for the current game issues they are experiencing to be resolved."
    Your Challenger won't drive? You're probably in the passenger seat.
    Can't sell/delete an item? Check all of your loadouts, it's likely still equipped.
    Auction house? Why? It'll just render bits purchased lock boxes pointless, and weapons are mostly equal anyway.
    Gear/enemy progression? No thanks, it'll only render 90% of the content trivial when you reach the highest zone.

    ok first off have you never played another mmo ever in your life at launch and also in referance to your first post that started this topic it is free to play in the fact you do not have to pay anything out of pocket after you buy the game also dude really come on whine more will you i have a athlon II x2 and i could play this game on my computer so stop being a sally and enjoy this great game or **** and kindly leave we have enough of your kind here

    Or at all really it seems...I have waited 3 days on this support ticket with no reply..Just because more fan boys troll forums does not mean I have to put up with this hijack of a game.. The problems are not just me, the forums and the rest of the internet are flooded with complaints. As it is , this will probably be the last game trion ever gets to launch.

    I am leaving as soon as they refund my money. Otherwise I will be here and everywhere else telling all how horrible the game and the support staff for it are.

    stretching it a little much there sally go cry a river somewhere else everyone should know that these problems are common with mmo's starting out and it has been stated that many people with far worse systems then yours can play the game

    God, this post is still alive? Can a mod please lock it so that it will wither on the vine? I'm sick of seeing all these "Wah wah wah, I didnt get my self-entitled smooth launch, and rather than report bugs so they can be fixed I'm going to take my entitlement to a whole new level"-posts. Please, put your "refund" posts in the suggestion or general forums and leave the Tech Support/Bug Issues forum for bugs, as some of us are TRYING to help the people that aren't crying for refunds.

    all the while looking foolish. why are the support staff horrible? because they won't refund you, even though you agreed to no refunds when you purchased it?

    Children do not seem to understand economics very well. If I treat a custom this way, I would be sued or forced to refund. I payed to play a game, the game is defective. That is the bottom line, I am the paying customer and no amount of fan boy can change that.

    I do business on the level in my life, so I am successful. I expect to be treated the same when spending my hard earned money.
