They will not even reply to me...3 days...Anyway with reading comprehension at an all time low, this amount of ******ed is expected.

Despite all the reports during alpha and beta testing, I don't expect a flawless game. I do however expect to have what I paid for delivered (rewards etc). After waiting 3 days after launch for a generic response, and then being told that I was outside the frametime for a refund (despite having immediately posted here in the forums that something seemed wrong with the transaction in Feburary already) is fraudulent. The Better Business Bureau is handling the case now.
A defective product doesn't entitle you to a refund, it depends on the warranty or guarantee provided by the producer of the product.
Submit another ticket if you haven't already, it may have been lost, or perhaps you haven't received the response they sent.
Your Challenger won't drive? You're probably in the passenger seat.
Can't sell/delete an item? Check all of your loadouts, it's likely still equipped.
Auction house? Why? It'll just render bits purchased lock boxes pointless, and weapons are mostly equal anyway.
Gear/enemy progression? No thanks, it'll only render 90% of the content trivial when you reach the highest zone.
You payed for a license to gain access to copyrighted software, playing the game is the INTENTION of the software. Go back and read some EULAs, they make this pretty clear.
At the moment TRIONs policy is like this "We're sorry, the front desk is empty right now because all of our people are back in the shop trying to FIX YOUR STUFF. Please come back later." As a customer, and someone who has patience and a level head, I find this more reassuring than the person at the front desk saying "We're working on it".
Good thing the fan boys here are not lawyers lol.. What Trion has done here is very liable , and they can and probably will be sued if they do not make this right..Discussing with my personal attorney ,he just assured me a class action is very very possible ..BTW, he has decided not to buy this game also..
LOL lawyers... your refunded $120 will cover the phone call to said "lawyer" unless he's your 12 year old brother.. in that case stick it to em!
jackazz
Oh, do not worry about me..He is family so im all good...Trion however, better get stepping..
of course a class action suit is very possible, winning it, however, is highly unlikely. most lawyers will tell you it's possible. why? because they'll make money from it. they are not liable for anything, you should probably have your lawyer read the EULA you agreed to when you purchased/installed the game.
they are making it right, they are very public about making it right.

I'm not sure this guy understands what an EULA is, and the fact he agreed to it...
Okay Mr Internet-Smart-Guy, give us 3 things that TRION has done to make them liable enough for you to indict them, on a CA scale.
