Defiance install

Hi guys.

My problem is simbly downloading/playing defiance.I start the launcher and it says everytime "Login succesfully but this account is not entitled to play Defiance.Please contact Trion World Support".That was the first problem

The second problem is that Trion World "Support" don't answer me.Maybe some of you guys can help?

You must use your CD key for defiance here while being logged on account you want to use

I was recieving the same message when i had only beta access and no cd key

Right click on the shortcut you use to start the game and choose "Run as Admin"
