Vehicle Speed??

Is the vehicle speed displayed in the vendor box - what the speed would be if you were maxed out in that particular vehicle?

Reason I ask is, I viewed some vehicles and went, "wow, this is a lot faster than what I have". Bought it, to only find out it has the exact same stats....

So the vehicles stats in the store container are inflated quite a bit...

Or, is this just a bug?

They show the base speed not the maxed

And just to add, why do vehicles slow WAY down when going uphill? I'm not talking trying to climb a cliff face, but like a regular little hill. Go full speed on a straightaway, get to a hill in the road and suddenly whatever vehicle you're in seems like the vehicle is using gerbils in gerbil wheels for power.

I just saw a vendor with a bunch of Duni's all listed at 30 KPH (or MPH whatever scale they use) while the one in my inventory (I purchased elsewhere) shows differnt (and slower) stats.
