At least until there is a push-to-talk option. Also, after the PTT option is implemented, make it on by default for everyone. And make it extremely easy to mute other people. Using the quick menu would be great.
All the damn mouth breathing, coughing into the mic, mountain dew slurping, doughnut chomping, foul mouthed, 9 year old children annoy me more than the bugs, glitches, and disconnects.

I do believe that this is option is for the PC version only yes? I think this should be for Console, not PC.

I've started to play with sound off just to get rid of all the xbox style VOIP issues on the PC.
Just turn off Voice in your audio settings when you start up, make this the first thing you do whenever you log on.
