I didn't get my outfit and my items that had to come with it, I tried everything and it never showed up. I evn checked the defiance store if it was there and it didn't worked. I did enter my 15 digit code but it didn't do a thing??? Can anyone help me, it sucks to have payed 170$ for only a figurine and just a bag.

In the Defiance Store there is a Claim box on the lower-left. Go there and click on each item to claim it.

There really needs to be a message or icon that you have Claim items waiting, up where it tells you that you have EGO points to assign.
