Player HUB not showing my character

When I'm on the Defiance site and click My EGO and then Player HUB I get a message :

START YOUR MISSION, CREATE A CHARACTER
Once you create a character and begin your journey as an Ark Hunter, performance statistics for you and your clanmates will be displayed here.

I have a character, and my xbox is listed under the link to console section. I've put in many ARC codes and gotten the rewards, but I just don't show up on the HUB page. Any one else having this issue or have any idea how to fix it?

I have same problem. Have sent message to devs.

Also having the same problem. I've linked about five times, mostly just want it to see if it shows my in-game character for screenshot purposes. If anyone figures out the problem or Elastik if you hear from the devs, hope to hear their answer.
