Adding a blinking light to inform others which way you are turning in a car rather than waving your arm like a mad man was a good idea and now all cars have indicators.Point being just because most pc mmo players would like a scale in lvl's that keeps a player playing like..refining weapon/level of weapon changes in power and may other freaky stuff doesnt mean there bad ideas or "NO this is unique dont change it" changing it would not make it worse but better would still be a great game but there would be a reason to keep playing it to find or make that ubbbber weapon or find that rare mod that adds +100 dmg etc rather that ooow that was fun now theres nothing to do till they bring out that dlc that will keep me busy for another 4hrs.
P.S i'll bet 80% of the people moaning about not changing the game are people that play console games like call of duty where they will buy COD 3 then 4 then 5 and love it even thou its the same chit different map and buy this game and go oooow dont change it(because it require no time effort or skill to play) and thats what there used too.
Might be very small issue, but Its extremely annoying for everyone to be the same color in PvP along with everyone having the same gear....let us use are PvE gear! or make more variety with different colors....
also MORE PvP maps please!

I would go for vehicle modding that would be awesome and it's true that some instances could require a bit more than mindless shooting. I like to have some challenge here, also little bit of needed coordination would be nice as it would improve the social side.
I always felt like even the driver should have the ability to shoot from the vehicle, maybe just in specific vehicles, but definitely the passenger, that would be a lot of fun haha.
I like the unique way this game does things, and I agree with the low/no difference gearwise between high and low levels, it requires more skill to accomplish things and I think that may be the idea here.

in no particular order:
- working and active global chat would be nice.
- more graphical options or a config file to tweak.
- higher draw distance
- more different looking zones
- CTRL+Q should not instantly quit the game
- jetpacks
- reloading while dodging
- dodging should be more important to reduce enemy damage
- reload timer (circle) around your crosshair
- healthdrops by monsters to reduce stupid cover hiding
- a railgun (just a random thought)
- flying vehicles (vertical ascend/descend - hovering)
- seperate slider for scoped (hold right mouse button) mouse sensitivity
So basically make it exactly like every other MMO out there, but with guns.

I'm cool with that. Also, selectable servers, because I have no freaking clue if my friends are in the same sever as I am half the time.
We need a persuit menu too as I would like to see what I need to do without having to complete a pursuit or make progress so its less of a stab in the dark, we need that blade in the show that and cold fire weapons
I am not sure if this has been suggested but, Arkfall Difficulty needs adjusting at high participation(20+ people give or take). Arkfall to me needs to make the players feel like they are overwhelmed, especially in the hellbug ones. Don't buff their health instead add more of them. I dont know if the players can handle it technically, but if its possible I think its a good idea.
