Nope all have worked for me so far. Just type the code and hit enter instead of hitting the submit button. See if that works.

Same thing happened to me. I had somehow skipped a line of codes while entering them. Try re-entering the first code on each line until you find one that works, that will be the line you missed. (Hopefully you missed a line and not 10 randomly distributed through out the list)!
