Item dissapearing into modification matrix

Hi there,

First sorry for my bad english, I hope everyone will be able to cleary understand my purpose.

So, the problem actually is that two times, I loose precious and powerful weapons into the modification matrix, It seems that if you try to add mods location on the weapon and then disconnect, you purely make dissapear definitively the item, it's actually quite frustrating to me because it was rare and powerful weapons. :/

So I would like, by the way, report that bug and also try to know if I could get back these weapons, thanks a lot from advance !

I am having the same problem, but its not only with the matrix for me. I got on after a long ay at school only to find my best assault rifle gone. It had full slots everything filled with great mods and it just disappeared.

Me too. I noticed this when I had my assault rifle in the matrix and entered an instance. When I got to the instance the game bugged and I had different weapons equipped. I went in to change them and discovered my assault rifle was gone. That really sucks because I still haven't found one that makes up for it. I really need to send in a ticket when I get home Been really busy and forgot to do it.

the same happend to me today. i lost an purple assault rifle from the top-noth vendor. i started to add the 4. mod slot, entered an co-op map and after i finished it, my weapon was gone...

Items dissapearing in the salvage matrix is a known issue by the devs. Not sure what theyre doing aboit it, I know you cqn file a ticket with support and possibly get your stuff back. It happens during disconnects and if your in the matrix while your in a quest / mission headed to certain areas, or going into/out of PvP. Theres multiple threads on this already. Next time do a search b4 posting a new one, but I hope everything gets worked out for you.

I only use the matrix when im in between quests just messin around. At least until they get it fixed

i lost 3 of my guns 2 pistols and assault rifle when i d/c pretty sure i'd lose more if i tried the salvage matrix..

Just chimming in that I had the same issue. Lost a purple infector.
