chest problem

Ok so this happened to me two times now . Yesterday I bought a t4 loot chest with 64 keys and I didn't get any items. Now I was like ok I'm not gonna worry about at. But today just now I bought a 24 key chest and got no items again. I would really like some help with this.. if anyonr else is having this problem please post and if you could help in anyway please post

Are you absolutely certain you're not getting any items? I've bought lockboxes before and it won't show me what I got, but when I go through my inventory I've got new guns.

You might have a look in your defiance shop storage. They might have been put in there. Happened to me sometimes, so might solve your problem as well.
EDIT: Another possibility is lunatic's one, of course.

Lol I just bought a t2 and nothing again.. so now I know somethings wrong...

Yes, but then I have no idea what's happening to your items. Are you sure you don't have any new weps in your inventory though?

I wish I could contact a dev or something cause it really sucks Im not getting the items.. :, (

If you're really not getting items from lockboxes submit a ticket in-game. Open up your menu, hit the left trigger, and go to settings. From there select support desk and open a new ticket. See if they can track down the problem for you.
