2 Issues: Tankers and Tickets

First off, The Tanker Enemy from the raiders is buggy.
-First of all, shooting it directly from behind does nothing, you need to target to the left of him if you are behind him.
-Second, i watched a tanker walk directly through a wall to attack me, on multiple occasions.
-Lastly, the range on his AOE when someone gets too close is insane, not saying this is broken, but its still crazy

My second issues, i have submitted plenty of Bug Reports and Feedback for this game from the ingame support menu. I have also submitted 4 Tickets asking for support, and not a single one has been responded to. How many Tickets do i need to submit before people begin to take notice and answer some of them?

I'm sure that people handling the tickets get an absurd amount each day. Instead of spamming tickets just wait.

actually, i submitted 2 on the first day and 2 on the 2nd day. None of been replied to. Most companies at least return a message that states that they received the ticket.

I don't bother submitting support tickets any more, they seem a waste of my time and effort.
Every one I have submitted has had any links to information stripped out, been marked as "solved" and closed.
Seems more constructive to post the information here in these forums and hope that we can solve the problems ourselves. At least the issues can then be shared and discussed instead of dying in a vacuum.

all my support tickets have been responded within 3 days, just be patient and stop spamming it, it surely doesnt help getting them solved faster
