Can't quit game normally

Every time I quit the game after login out it goes all weird an resets my ps3 then the usual error corrupt msg. surely this ain't just me no other game ever does this , can't be good for ps3 ether ....

logout of the game first then exit the game by holding the ps button (i still treat this like a pc version with the logging out lol)

how are you logging out?
you Should hit start>L2>Settings>log out
(L2 while in the loadout screen brings up the radial wheel
that is where you find Lots of Nifty things.

as I said I press start and go to wheel go log out when at main menu of defiance keep hold of ps button quit = turn off or reset with a nice corrupt msg really pissin* me off lol won't stop doin it !!!

You don't even have to go in to settings you can just press l2 and while the wheels up press square

^ THIS. Much easier, took me a while to notice the L2 screen has this feature.
