Can't delete/sell/scrap the VBI Sentinel sheild.

I can't get rid of it, like the rest of the Digital Deluxe items it's junk after you've been playing for 20 minutes. But it's permanently affixed to my inventory, so do I just have to lose an inventory slot forever because of it?

make sure its unequipped in every load-out then delete or sell it.

Derp, that was the problem. I had unlocked a new loadout and it automatically put the VBI into the shield slot. Thank you
